Have you ever wanted to display your own photos or make photographer friends? The event photo poster project makes this dream come true by simply submitting your photos to cizucu. It has been decided to be held on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, at the Yokohama Minato Mirai Gallery!
This special event commemorates cizucu's first exhibition at Japan's largest photo and video festival, CP+, held from February 27th (Thu) to March 2nd (Sun) at Yokohama Minato Mirai. It is within walking distance from the CP+ venue.
This event is larger in scale than the usual photo poster project exhibitions, and even those who cannot be present on the day can apply.
By simply submitting your photos to cizucu and filling out the application form, you can display your photos in large A2 size. Many photographers living in the same area will also participate, so you might find future photography friends.
No need to worry about renting a place, finding a print shop, or setting up. Just fill out the form and join the event on-site!

Gallery Talk Time
For those interested, we will hold a 'Gallery Talk' where you can introduce your work in 30 seconds, divided into two sessions. If you wish to participate, please select your preferred time in the application form (lottery will be held if there are many applicants).
(First half) 13:30 - 14:30
(Second half) 15:30 - 16:30
* If participating in the Gallery Talk, you must be present at the venue during the designated time.
* After the closing time (17:30), your poster will be handed over to you.
* Please bring your own bag for taking your poster home.
Exhibition Participation Fee
6,000 yen (Includes A2 print fee, setup fee, and venue fee)
* Viewing and admission to the exhibition are free.
Theme
'Warmth'
Warmth felt during seasonal changes, warmth felt when touched by human kindness or love, warmth felt in a comfortable place, etc. Please submit works themed around various forms of 'warmth' as you perceive it.
Important Notes
Please read the following important notes carefully before answering the application form.
- If your participation in the event is confirmed, the participation fee will be 6,000 yen (including print fee, setup fee, and venue fee). It will be collected in cash on the day or by advance transfer.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after the participation confirmation email is sent.
- Please submit works that meet the following conditions.
- File size requirements
- (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
- (Required) At least 3307×4677 pixels
- Vertical works only
- File size requirements
- The application deadline is 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 23rd, 2025. We will notify you of your participation status by 2:00 PM on Monday, February 24th. If there are many applications, a selection will be made.
- Photos of the event will be taken on the day. The event may be featured on the organizer's website and social media.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: If you can participate on-site, please pay in cash at the venue. Please prepare the exact amount. If you cannot participate, payment will be by bank transfer. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after the participation confirmation email is sent. The same applies if you are absent on the day. In such cases, we will provide the bank transfer details, so please follow the instructions.
Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take it home by being present at the venue at the end time of 17:30 on the event day. Please note that we do not offer shipping. Also, please prepare your own bag for taking the poster home.
Q: Can I invite acquaintances to see the exhibition?
A: Of course! After receiving the participation confirmation email, please feel free to announce it on social media, etc.
Q: I heard I can make business cards, how can I do that?
A: After participation is confirmed, we will provide details via email.
