If you've ever dreamed of 'exhibiting your own photos' or 'wanting photographer friends,' the event photo poster project can make it happen just by posting your photos on cizucu. It is scheduled to take place at QUESTION in Kyoto on Saturday, March 1, 2025!

Organized by cizucu, the photo poster project allows you to exhibit your photos in large A2 size simply by posting them on cizucu and filling out the application form. Many photographers from the same area will participate, so you might find future photography friends.

There's no hassle of 'renting a place, finding a print shop, and setting up' required for holding an exhibition. Just fill out the form and join the event on-site!

'Warmth'
Submit works themed around various forms of warmth, such as the warmth felt during seasonal transitions, the warmth of human kindness and love, or the warmth felt in a cozy place.

Important Notes and Application Form

Please read the following important notes carefully before answering the application form.

  • If your participation is confirmed, the participation fee will be 6,000 yen (including print fee, setup fee, and venue fee). Payment will be collected in cash on the day. The participation fee will still apply even if you are absent on the day. We will send you the bank transfer details, so please respond accordingly.
  • Please submit works that meet the following conditions.
    • File size requirement (recommended) approximately 7020×4950 pixels (mandatory) at least 3307×4677 pixels
    • Vertical works only
  • To ensure that all participants feel 'glad to have participated,' please read the community rules in the application form.
  • We will notify you of your participation status by 18:00 on Monday, February 24, 2025. If there are many applications, a selection will be made.
  • Photos of the event will be taken on the day. The event's highlights may be posted on the organizer's website and social media.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: It will be collected in cash on-site. Please prepare the exact amount. Note that a 100% cancellation fee applies after the confirmation email is sent, and the participation fee will still apply if you are absent on the day. A: You can take it home by staying at the venue until the event ends. Please note that shipping is not available, and bring your own bag for carrying the poster home.
