[Exhibitors Wanted] May Event in Tokyo | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #472

Do you want to display your own photos? Looking for photographer friends? The event allows you to achieve these dreams just by posting your photos on cizucu. It will be held during the Golden Week on May 4th (Sunday) and 5th (Monday) at in Tokyo.

Participation in the hosted by cizucu is very simple.


(1) Choose the exhibition location and date

(2) Easy payment via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

(3) Submit your work to cizucu to apply


Then just head to the venue. Many photographers living in the same area will also participate, so you might find future photography friends.

[Exhibition Dates]
May 4th (Sunday) 12:00 ~ 16:00

* The works will be completely replaced, and if you wish to exhibit for two days, you need to apply twice (the same work cannot be exhibited for two days).
* We will start dismantling the posters with the exhibitors before 16:00.

6,000 yen (includes A2 print fee, setup fee, and venue fee)
* Viewing and entry to the exhibition are free.

"Love"
Submit your "love" captured in your own way, whether it's a casual "love" found in everyday life, a special "love" that makes your heart flutter, or a scene that a loved one said they "love."

* Applications beyond the deadline will not be accepted (exhibition not possible).

Please read the following notes carefully before applying for participation.

• If your participation in the event is confirmed, the participation fee will be 6,000 yen (including print fee, setup fee, and venue fee). The participation fee will still apply even if you do not submit your work or are absent on the day.
• Please submit works that meet the following conditions.
  • File Size Regulations
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • (Required) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Vertical works only
• To ensure that all participants feel "glad to have participated," please read the community rules at the time of application.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. The event may be featured on the organizer's website or social media.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. We do not offer shipping services.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the exhibition location and date, you can pay via "credit card" or, depending on your device, "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay." Please note that refunds are not available after payment. The participation fee will still apply even if you are absent on the day.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take it home by being at the venue at the event's end time (16:00). We do not offer shipping services, so please prepare your own bag for carrying the poster.

Q: Can I invite acquaintances to see the exhibition?
A: Of course! After receiving the participation confirmation email, please feel free to announce it on social media.

Q: I heard I can make business cards, how can I do that?
A: After your participation is confirmed, details will be provided via email.
