Showcase Your Photos as Posters | photo poster project in TSUTAYA Umeda MeRISE | Release #392

While digital photography has become overwhelmingly prevalent, the charm of printed photos has not diminished. In fact, in an era where everything can be done digitally, the value of tangible photos may stand out even more.

The 'photo poster project' allows you to easily exhibit your photo posters and meet fellow photography enthusiasts. Let's reimagine print culture together!

In the 'photo poster project', photos you post on cizucu will be displayed as photo posters (A2 size). It's an event where you can also connect with unseen photography friends exhibiting at the same time.

To participate, simply fill out the 'Application Form' at the end of this magazine (selection may occur if there are many applicants). There's no hassle of 'renting a venue, finding a print shop, and setting up' required for hosting an exhibition. Just fill out the form and join the event in person.

The first 'photo poster project' will be held on December 28, 2024, from 11:00 to 18:00 at TSUTAYA Umeda MeRISE 2F.

The theme for the first event is '2024 Moments to Share'. Submit a photo you took this year to cizucu and apply. It's an event that values interaction with other creators, so presence is required from 13:00 to 15:00. Please apply only if you can be present.

Please read the following important notes before answering the application form.

• If your participation is confirmed, the participation fee will be 2,000 yen (including a 500 yen Starbucks drink ticket). Payment will be collected in cash on the day. The participation fee will still apply if you are absent on the day. We will send you the bank details for payment, so please respond accordingly.
• Please submit works that meet the following conditions.
  • File Size Regulation (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels (Standard) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Vertical works only
• To ensure that all participants feel 'glad to have participated', please read the community rules in the application form.
• We will notify you of your participation status by 18:00 on December 18, 2024. If there are many applications, a selection process will be conducted.
• Presence is mandatory from 13:00 to 15:00 on the event day (12/28).
