Mission

A sudden cold raindrop on your cheek, and as you look up, thick dark clouds spread across the sky. After a fierce downpour passes, a large rainbow arcs across the sky. Such abrupt changes in the sky remind us of the coming summer. The sky shows us a multitude of expressions throughout the seasons. A single ray of light piercing through the clouds gives hope, while the thunder that resonates with heavy raindrops reminds us of nature's power. The changes in the sky bring unique expressions to the city. In this contest, we hope to see unique scenes and colors appearing in the sky, and the emotions and thoughts of people born from them, freely interpreted and expressed.
