Mirrorless-Compatible Gimbal: Lightweight and High-Performance 'FeiyuTech SCORP Mini 2' | ROA International

ROA International Co., Ltd. has launched the compact gimbal 'SCORP-Mini 2' under the FeiyuTech brand. Announced on March 21, 2024, the gimbal is priced at 49,900 yen (including tax) for the gimbal alone and 56,900 yen (including tax) for the complete pack.

The 'FeiyuTech SCORP Mini 2', the lightest 3-axis gimbal in the SCORP series, weighs 852g and supports a maximum payload of 1.2kg, making it compatible with mirrorless cameras. It features subject tracking and includes a sling handle in addition to the main handle, ideal for low-position or low-angle shooting.

Another notable feature is the magic wheel, which allows for the operation of the three axes.

Gimbals are convenient devices for video and photo shooting. They allow direct camera operation from the gimbal itself, enabling photographers to adjust their shots flexibly and quickly.

Photographers can use the gimbal's buttons and joystick to perform the following operations.

• Shutter: Allows shutter operation during photo shooting, capturing moments accurately without missing them.
• Start/Stop Recording: Instantly switch between starting and stopping video recording. This allows the entire shooting process, from preparation to finish, to be completed at hand, improving shooting efficiency.
• Focus Adjustment: Delicate focus adjustments that cannot be captured by autofocus can be achieved through gimbal operation, allowing for optimal focus on the subject for clear images.
• Digital Zoom: Enables zooming in and out of the frame. By changing the angle of view during shooting, various perspectives can be captured.
