Focus Workshop Co., Ltd. announced on December 21, 2023, the latest development in its innovative mount adapter series, 'SHOTEN UMS'. This new model supports various camera mounts, including adapters for Leica M, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds, and Hasselblad X mounts. Prices range from 23,000 to 25,000 yen (tax included), varying by mount. Additionally, body-side mount parts for additional purchases are available at 5,000 yen each, facilitating the use of existing equipment.
The 'SHOTEN UMS' series features a two-part structure of lens and body sides, allowing users to adapt to various camera mounts by exchanging the body-side mount parts, enabling flexible use of equipment across different camera systems.

Body-side mount parts
The newly added body-side mounts include four types: Leica M, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds, and Hasselblad X, with Sony E, Nikon Z, Canon RF, Fujifilm G, and L mounts already available. Lens-side mounts are available for Mamiya 645, Pentax 645, Pentax 67, and Hasselblad V.

This new series by Focus Workshop features a matte coating inside the adapter to suppress internal reflections, and the lens-side mounts are made of durable and rigid stainless steel.
