[Exhibitors Wanted] April Event in Sapporo | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #457

Want to showcase your photos? Looking for photographer friends? The photo poster project allows you to achieve these dreams by simply submitting your photos to cizucu. The event will be held over two days, April 12th (Saturday) and April 13th (Sunday), at the Tramnist Gallery in Sapporo.

Note: Exhibits will be completely replaced, so if you wish to display for both days, you need to apply twice (the same work cannot be displayed for two days).

Participating in the photo poster project organized by cizucu is very easy.

(2) Make a simple payment via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

(3) Submit your work to cizucu to apply

Then, just head to the venue. Many photographers from the same area will participate, so you might find future photography friends.

Exhibition Dates:
April 12th (Saturday) 13:00 ~ 17:00
April 13th (Sunday) 12:00 ~ 16:00

Mandatory Attendance Time for Exhibitors:

Note: You must be present at the venue during this time.

Participation Fee:
6,000 yen (includes A2 print fee, setup fee, and venue fee)
Note: Viewing and admission to the exhibition are free.

Theme:
'Memory'
We are broadly seeking works on the theme of 'Memory', such as unforgettable scenery, a scene that suddenly comes to mind, or a memorable time. There are no restrictions on the subject, so please apply with your free ideas.

Note: If there are many applications, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submission Deadline
April 6th (Sunday) 18:00 (for both days)
Note: Applications beyond the deadline will not be accepted (exhibition not possible).

Please read the following important notes before applying.

• If your participation in the event is confirmed, the participation fee will be 6,000 yen (including print fee, setup fee, and venue fee). The fee will apply even if the work is not submitted or if you are absent on the day.
• Please submit works that meet the following conditions.
  • File Size Requirements
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • (Required) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Only vertical works
• To ensure that all participants feel 'glad to have participated', please read the community rules at the time of application.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. The event's scenes may be published on the organizer's website or social media.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. We do not offer shipping services afterwards.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the exhibition location and date, you can pay using 'Credit Card' or, depending on your device, 'Apple Pay' or 'Google Pay'. Please note that refunds are not available after payment. The participation fee will apply even if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: After completing the payment, the following page will be where you can submit your work.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take it home by being present at the venue at the end of the event (17:00 on April 12th, 16:00 on April 13th). We do not offer shipping services, so please prepare your own bag for carrying the poster.

Q: Can I invite acquaintances to see the exhibition?
A: Of course! After receiving the confirmation email, please feel free to announce it on social media.

Q: I heard I can make business cards, how can I do that?
A: Details will be provided via email after confirmation of participation.
