[Exhibitors Wanted] April Event in Nagoya | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #456

If you've ever dreamed of exhibiting your photos or making photographer friends, the hosted by cizucu makes it possible just by submitting your photos. Join us on Saturday, April 19, at SLOW ART LAB in Nagoya.

Participating in the organized by cizucu is very simple.
(1) Choose the exhibition location and date
(2) Make easy payments via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
(3) Submit your work to cizucu to apply
Then, just come to the venue. Many photographers from the same area will participate, so you might find future photography friends.

Required Presence Time for Exhibitors:
16:00 ~ 16:30
* You must be present at the venue during this time.

Participation Fee:
6,000 yen (includes A2 print fee, setup fee, and venue fee)
* Viewing the exhibition and entry are free.

Theme:
"Memory"
We are broadly seeking works on the theme of "memory," such as unforgettable scenes, moments that suddenly come to mind, or memorable times. There are no restrictions on subjects, so feel free to apply with your creative ideas.

* If there are many applications, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submission Deadline
April 14 (Mon) 18:00
* Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted (exhibition not possible).

Please read the following notes carefully before responding to the application form.

• If your participation in the event is confirmed, the participation fee will be 6,000 yen (including print fee, setup fee, and venue fee). The participation fee will still apply even if you do not submit your work or are absent on the day.
• Please submit works that meet the following conditions.
  • File Size Requirements
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • (Required) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Only vertical works
• To ensure that all participants feel "glad to have participated," please read the community rules at the time of application.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. The event's scenes may be posted on the organizer's website or social media.
• Those present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. We do not offer shipping later.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the exhibition location and date, you can pay using a "credit card" or, depending on your device, "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay." Please note that refunds are not available after payment, and the participation fee will still apply even if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: After completing the payment of the participation fee, the following page will be where you can submit your work.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take it home by being present at the venue at the event's end time (17:30). Please note that we do not offer shipping. Also, please prepare your own bag for taking the poster home.

Q: Can I invite acquaintances to see the exhibition?
A: Of course! After receiving the participation confirmation email, please feel free to announce it on social media, etc.

Q: I heard I can make business cards; how can I do that?
A: After your participation is confirmed, we will provide details via email.
