Hasselblad has announced a new standard lens in the XCD P series, the 'XCD 3.4/75P'. This lens features a focal length of 75mm (equivalent to 59mm in 35mm format) and a bright aperture of f/3.4, achieving high portability with a lightweight design of 398g.
It is ideal for portraits, street snaps, and still life photography, characterized by its easy-to-carry design. The release date is November 8, 2024, priced at 350,900 yen (tax included).
Outstanding Optical Performance and Quiet Autofocus
The XCD 3.4/75P features a lens configuration of 10 elements in 10 groups, combining aspherical and ED lenses for improved image quality and color reproduction. It employs a linear stepping motor, enabling smooth and silent focus operation when paired with PDAF-compatible X or V system cameras.
Additionally, it is equipped with a leaf shutter, supporting a maximum shutter speed of 1/2000 seconds and full flash synchronization, making it applicable to a wide range of shooting scenes.
