The 7Artisans '50mm F1.8 AF' is a standard prime lens compatible with full-frame sensors. Its optical construction of 9 groups and 11 elements includes two aspherical lenses, one ED lens, and two high-refractive lenses, ensuring excellent sharpness and contrast across the entire image.

With its bright aperture, it maintains shutter speed in low-light environments such as indoors, reducing blur. Additionally, it allows for beautiful bokeh photography.

Moreover, it features a newly developed STM (stepping motor) that quietly and accurately controls the large, heavy lens groups. It supports face detection and eye AF, capturing clear expressions in portrait photography. The lens also offers excellent usability, allowing intuitive aperture control from the aperture ring and automatic aperture control via AE.

The lens features a high-quality metal barrel and can be connected to a PC for firmware updates.
