Hasselblad has released the interchangeable lens '2,5/25V'. The announcement date is May 7, 2024. The price is ¥583,000 (including tax).
Capture Clarity at Night with High-Performance Lens
The new interchangeable lens compatible with the Hasselblad X system is perfect for shooting in low light during twilight or nighttime. It has the ability to capture details in both bright and dark areas, making it ideal for landscapes, nightscapes, starry skies, and indoor portraits.
The lens configuration consists of 10 groups and 13 elements, including 4 aspherical lenses and 3 extra-low dispersion (ED) lenses, supporting the high resolution of the 100-megapixel sensor featured in the 'X2D 100C', reducing chromatic aberration for sharp images.
Design Enhancing Usability
Featuring a linear stepping motor and a compact, lightweight lens group, it allows for more accurate autofocus when paired with X or V system cameras equipped with PDAF (Phase Detection AF).
The lens body includes a leaf shutter with a maximum shutter speed of 1/4,000 seconds, synchronized with flash at all shutter speeds. The focus ring is push-pull type, making it easy to switch between AF and MF.
The metal barrel is equipped with a depth of field scale and an easily accessible control ring, complemented by the 'Hasselblad' logo adorning the top of the camera, offering a design that combines durability and elegance.
