SIGMA's First APS-C Mirrorless Dedicated Zoom Lens
The '18-50mm F2.8 DC DN | Contemporary' is SIGMA's first zoom lens developed exclusively for APS-C mirrorless cameras. It offers a versatile zoom range equivalent to 27-75mm in 35mm format. With a bright aperture of F2.8, it allows for beautiful bokeh and employs the latest optical design technology to achieve sharp image quality.
Furthermore, these features are condensed into a remarkably compact and lightweight body. The minimum focusing distance is 12.1cm, and the maximum magnification is 1:2.8, enabling close-up photography and a shooting style that takes advantage of a compact system. The fast and quiet AF with a stepping motor is also suitable for video shooting.
Without being constrained by equipment weight, it supports various shooting styles, including handheld and gimbal shooting.
