Leica Camera has announced the sale of the L-mount mirrorless camera 'Leica SL2 Silver' in July 2023. The price for the body alone is 1,045,000 yen, the set with Vario-Elmarit-SL f2.8/24-70mm ASPH. is 1,342,000 yen, and the set with Noctilux-M f1.2/50mm ASPH. and the M lens adapter for L is 2,046,000 yen (all tax included).
The elegant appearance of the 'Leica SL2', reminiscent of the iconic M-type and R-type Leicas, features a silver color. The top and bottom covers are anodized in silver, and the exterior is clad in black leather, also used in the 'Leica M11'.
