New Film Camera with 'Lever-Type Manual Winding'
In the video featuring TKO, who is in charge of product planning and design, it is explained that the new film camera under development is a lens-integrated compact camera. This new model is completely redesigned to be easily carried around daily and enjoyed by young users.
The film winding, a characteristic operation of film cameras, employs a lever-type manual winding, allowing users to enjoy the sound of the ratchet gear. The design was carried out by converting old hand-drawn diagrams into 3D data and receiving advice from experienced veterans. Efforts have been made to apply this to new film SLR cameras in the future.
