Monochrome Dedicated Camera with 60 Megapixels: Leica M11 Monochrom | Leica Camera

Leica Camera has announced the rangefinder-style digital camera 'Leica M11 Monochrom', equipped with imaging particles dedicated to monochrome photography. It will be available from April 22, 2023, at the Leica Online Store, Leica Boutiques, and authorized Leica dealers. The price is ¥1,386,000 (tax included).
Monochrome Dedicated Camera
The 'Leica M11 Monochrom' is the fourth model in the series of M-type digital cameras dedicated to monochrome photography, following the 'Leica M Monochrom' released in 2012. It incorporates a triple resolution technology allowing selection from 60 megapixels, 36 megapixels, and 18 megapixels, featuring a backside-illuminated CMOS sensor dedicated to monochrome photography, offering the technical advantage of obtaining higher resolution monochrome photos.
Stoic Design
Neither too heavy nor too light, it fits comfortably in the hand. The body is entirely metal, with an aluminum top cover and a sapphire glass LCD monitor, crafted to the highest quality standards. The red 'Leica' logo is omitted, and a dark color coating is applied, highlighting a timeless beauty similar to other M-type cameras, reflecting a stoic design philosophy.
Smooth Connection with Mobile Devices
The internal storage has been significantly increased from 64GB to 256GB in the 'Leica M11', and it can easily connect with the 'Leica FOTOS' app, supporting workflow with mobile devices.
